Equipment shall be properly licensed and shall adhere to all applicable federal and state motor vehicle regulations. The Term of this Agreement shall be from the date the vendor Agreement is approved through April 30 of the year following the year of the effective date. The Commonwealth further reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigations of, such bidder fails to satisfy the Commonwealth that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to provide the services and/or furnish the goods contemplated therein.
