| Description | Scope: Widening of Sierra College Boulevard within the Town of Loomis between Taylor Road and Brace Road from four to six lanes. Includes modifications to the median on Taylor Road east of Sierra College Blvd; modification to median on Sierra College Blvd; storm sewer culvert extension and inlet and outlet structures; sidewalks, curb ramps and bike lanes; traffic signal poles and equipment at intersection of Sierra College Boulevard and Taylor Road; slurry seal and pavement markings; and vegetation removal, dewatering and grading within a seasonal wetland.
