| Description | The City plans to plant approximately 125 large trees and 375 small trees. Subject to change based on species availability and City preference. The intent of this contract is to perform necessary tree planting and maintenance of those trees in specific areas of Kalamazoo Neighborhoods. The purpose of this program is to protect the health and safety of the residents of The City of Kalamazoo. The contract and work shall be carried out in conformance with the MDOT Standard Specifications for Construction, Ordinances of the City of Kalamazoo, and these detailed specifications in effect on the date of invitation for bids. Trees will be planted in locations and specified by small and large species type required based on mature heights as listed in the Attachments section of the bid document. |
