Janitorial Services for Msd

For furnishing all the materials, labor and equipment and doing all the work necessary to complete janitorial services at Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (MSD or MSDGC) facilities. Bid amounts shall include all costs necessary to perform the work including, but not limited to, material, labor, equipment, overhead expenses, insurance, and profit. The included specifications cover the janitorial services to be carried out for MSD. It is understood that the quantities are approximate only and shall not govern the amount required during the contract period. The estimated quantities indicated will be used solely for the purpose of making a tabulation of the bids. Bidders are to complete the Excel pricing sheet in the shaded areas (Volume #3). Prices bid are firm and fixed for the initial term with potential increases for each optional renewal period. All work is not guaranteed and is as needed in nature.
