| Description | Maintenance provided by the Contractor shall include the following: A. Mow all accessible areas during the growing season to maintain an acceptable grass height every 10 to 14 days. The cutting height should be approximately 3 – 3 ½ inches. B. Trim areas inaccessible to mowing equipment such as steps, poles, along buildings and landscaping located on property. C. Edge and sweep all sidewalks and walkways to be free from grass and yard debris. |
