Description | Substitution Request Deadline December 31, 2023 The work includes but is not limited to the renovation of the existing Johnson Library and associated rooms with the selective demolition of interior partitions, suspended acoustical grid ceilings, carpeting, electrical power, mechanical systems, fluorescent lighting, telephone, and data. New work includes, but is not limited to, new wall assemblies, doors and hardware, aluminum storefront and windows, and new casework throughout. Interior finishes include new drywall, suspended acoustical panel ceilings, carpeting. Project scope will also include fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, audio visual, technology, data, and communications. Work will also include installation of HVAC units on the roof, mechanical curbs, and system balancing. Question Deadline 01/05/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Pursuant to Wyoming State Statues 16-6-102 and 16-6-103 the contract will be let to the responsible certified resident making the lowest bid if the certified resident s bid is not more than five percent (5%) higher than that of the lowest responsible non-resident bidder. Pursuant to Wyoming State Statues 16-6-104, and 16-6-106, preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding or in any bid, reject any or all bids without further obligation and to accept any bid deemed in the best interest of Laramie County School District Number One. |
