HVAC Replacement - Portlock Primary School Media Center

Demolition 1. Remove (2) existing, split system HVAC equipment serving the media center. 2. Disconnect supply and return ductwork connections and duct mounted smoke detectors. 3. Remove condensate drain, refrigerant piping, etc. 4. Remove existing electrical power feed, as required. 5. Disconnect Controls from units. New Work: 1. Install (2) package rooftop units of equal capacity to the system removed. New units to be roof mounted, gas heat, electric cool, units mounted on curbs. 2. Install new electrical power feeds as required. 3. Install new natural gas, condensate drain piping to nearest roof drain. 4. Reconnect unit to existing supply and return duct, provide new duct smoke detectors. 5. New Automatic Temperature Controls to be “stand alone” for connection to future DDC System. 6. Provide for miscellaneous structural support on roof to accommodate new HVAC unit.
