The Courtroom 307A Project is defined by the Construction Documents and Specifications. The existing courtroom shall always remain secured from the public during demolition and construction. The project consists of the renovation and construction of the Courtroom 307A. A general summary of Work is as follows: Base Bid: Provide labor, materials, and equipment required to demo the existing site and construct the proposed parking lot as shown on the contract drawings.Perform Work under following Prime Contracts: a. General Construction. b. Mechanical Contract. c. Electrical Contract.
