Athlete Performance Center Renovations

Plans include renovations to an existing building, including new exterior paint, three new garage doors, and two new windows. The three garage doors will be located on the north, south, and west facades. The two windows will be located on the north and south facades. The paint scheme will be primarily gray, with red accents surrounding the garage door and front entrance to the building on the eastern facade. As of November 2022, this project is in the early planning stages, and received zoning approval from the City of Overland Park. No further plans or applications have been submitted for review at this time. Information regarding the selection of an architect and general contractor has not been provided.
