| Description | Contractor shall provide all expertise, personnel, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other services and facilities of any nature necessary to execute, complete the timely removal and lawful disposal of all storm-generated debris. The term "debris", as used herein, includes all forms of disaster-generated debris, such as vegetative, demolition, construction, household goods (hereinafter "white goods"), hazardous and industrial waste materials. These contracted services shall provide for the cost effective and efficient removal and lawful disposal of debris from all public streets, roads, and other rights-of-way, including any other locally-owned facility or site as may be directed by Lake Powell. | ||
