| Description | This project consists of three major components; the first is the implementation of a grouting improvement plan designed by and to be installed by Hayward Baker to seal the intruding groundwater. The awarded Contractor will be responsible for coordination with Hayward Baker on the implementation of the grouting improvement plan. The installation of two clay collars on two existing wastewater lines is also included within this contract. The second is the repair of the concrete walls as identified by the concrete testing performed. The Frisco Lakes LS No. 1 consists of two separate wet well chambers, an eastern and a western wet well. The western wet well was tested to determine the extent of degradation. Because it was not tested, a similar quantity of concrete was assumed to need replacement in the eastern wet well. Estimated Cost is 100,761. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
