Boiler BEI Testing and Boiler Tuning

Boiler Safety Device Testing and Boiler Tuning: Contractor shall conduct annual safety device testing to three boilers ( 2-10,000 PPH, 300 HP S/N 4WI-200-300-200 Fire tube boiler and 1- 6,900 PPH, 200 HP S/N CBEX-E-200-200-200ST Fire tube boiler) using the most recent VHA (1810) directive and safety device testing manual, the contractor will make all required adjustment to any and all safety devices that are not in compliance to the safety device manual. The Contractor will do a combustion curve (tunning) at minimum fire 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% fire rate and provide clean emissions for all rates. Upon completion of the tunning the Contractor will ensure that all three boilers will reach their top pounds per hour.
