2022 Street Painting and Thermal Plastic - Center and Lane Lines and Crosswalks, Stopbars, Parking Lines STREET PAINTING: CROSSWALKS, STOP BARS, etc., at various locations in the Borough of Pottstown area. Work shall be completed by October 30, 2022 unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. School zones shall have priority. Failure to complete on time may result in liquidated damages. Prices for this contract shall expire at midnight on December 31, 2022. As Bid Security, an ORIGINAL bid bond, certified check or cashier check drawn to the order of the Borough of Pottstown in the amount of Ten percent (10%) of the bid must be delivered, prior to the bid opening and separate from the online bid, to the Borough of Pottstown, Borough Hall, 100 E. High Street, Pottstown, Pennsylvania 19464 (tel. 610-970-6528) as Bid Security, which will be returned after the award of the contract. Bids may not be withdrawn within Sixty (60) days from the time fixed for the bid opening. The Borough of Pottstown reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, in the Borough best interests.
