Final Settlement, if required, will be advertised in the same location as the original solicitation. Project Description Project consists of the replacement of a portion of the roof at the Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) on Buckley Space Force Base located in Aurora, CO. The portion being replaced is approximately 12,000 SF. The work will consist of the removal of the current membrane and replacement with a 60 Mil EDPM system or better. Work will also consist of the replacement of flashing and the clearing or replacement of scutters/drains/gutters as required. Minimum Requirements Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that all firms will be required to meet all minimum requirements to be considered for this project. To be considered as qualified, interested firms shall have, as a minimum: 1. Provided General Contracting services within the last three (3) years for at least two (2) projects each in excess of $450,000.00 (hard costs), utilizing the expertise present in their Colorado Office; and 2. Demonstrated specific General Contracting experience in projects of similar scope and complexity; and 3. Demonstrated bonding capability up to $450,000.00 for an individual project coincidentally with current and anticipated workloads; provide letter from surety that affirms this capacity. The individual attending the Pre-bid meeting will need to complete a background check. You will need to bring a valid driver's license and car insurance. You will meet a DMVA representative to assist but DMVA staff will ONLY be available until 9:15AM, PLEASE arrive early. If you already have access to BSFB you are good to go directly to the meeting location. Comments: Late bids will be rejected without consideration. The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) and the State of Colorado assume no responsibility for costs related to the preparation of submittals. Bids will be opened at 2:05PM to allow for download of file. The above schedule is tentative. Responding firms shall be notified of revisions in a timely manner by email or posted on Colorado VSS website. Respondents may elect to verify times and dates by email, but no earlier than 36 hours before the scheduled date and time.
