Leflore Public Schools Roof Project

This project consists of installing new metal roofing over existing metal roofing. The work is to include all new metal trim, new gutters & downspouts, etc. This project does not include any interior work, nor any changing of existing roof structure. The existing roofs are already sloped metal, and therefore no attics are being created as a part of this project A cashier s check, certified check, or surety bond in amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder, for all bids over $50,000, or as otherwise applicable by State Law. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities.
