| Description | The project consists of installing Carlisle’s Sure-Seal EPDM Adhered Roofing System or approved alternate system: Tear off all existing roofing material, rigid insulation, gypsum board cap metal, flashing and edge metal. Check condition of existing metal/concrete deck for suitability. Install fully adhered EPDM roofing system over cover-board that will go over tapered polyisocyanurate insulation. Existing roof hatches and skylights to remain. Flash as required for warranty. Existing lightning protection to be reinstalled as-is at completion of project. Certification not required. Gypsum substrate board does not need to be replaced. Tapered ISO to be 2.5 inch minimum with ¼ inch slope. |
