| Description | The work consists of delivering and installing a total of about 7,500 square feet total of fiberglass sheet pile. Three sections of sheet pile are to be installed along an unnamed dirt road and Polecat Bay. Figure 2 that is attached in the document illustrates the three sections along with coordinates for the beginning and end of each section. The North and South Sections are 150 feet in length each. The Middle Section is 200 feet in length. The proposed depths for all three sections is to be 15 feet. The preferred method of installation would be with a vibrating hammer. The installed sheet pile shall be Superloc Series 1580 (SS860) manufactured by Creative Pultrusions or approved equivalent. The sheet pile shall be 8" depth, typical thickness of about .3", weight of about 4 lbs/ft2 per pile, and chemical resistance to water with a PH of up to 13. | ||||||
