Middle School - New Playground

Construction of a new, level playground pad, lighting and drainage for equipment supplied/installed by Owner's vendor. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Work will include all grading, drainage, landscaping. pavements, fencing and site furnishings to establish a level building pad for installation of new playground equipment by others. Site electrical includes pole mounted site lighting and associated underground conduits. This contractor shall be responsible for coordinating with Owner's equipment vendor to execute the work. Work to be provided by Owner's equipment vendor: All playground equipment delivery and installation, inclusive of layout and required foundations. Play surface and associated border installation.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
