| Description | It is the intent of these specifications to outline the project and scope of work required for a Partial Roof Replacement at the Township of Wayne Municipal Building located at 475 Valley Road, Wayne, NJ 07470. The Township is interested in replacing sections of the roof that are in need of replacement as shown by continued large leaks. These sections to be done are the Administrative wing and the Maintenance hallway. The building’s roof is over twenty-five (25) years old, and has been patched on numerous occasions over many years. The scope of work for this project includes the replacement of existing EPDM roofing at Township of Wayne Municipal Building Roof. The existing EPDM membrane, and insulation at roofs “A” & “B”, will be removed, new tapered insulation board to be installed at both roofs, along with new recovery board, new EPDM roofing material, new flashings and other roofing accessories in order to provide a complete watertight installation. |
