The Edinburg Housing Authority (EHA) Will receive Competitive Sealed Proposals for EHA La Posada Apartments. Successful bidder will be awarded on the next scheduled board meeting. EHA encourages Section 3 Businesses to submit bids Submit all questions regarding clarification or interpretation of Construction Documents to the Office of the Architects: MILNET ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES, (attn: Rudy Molina, Jr.) via email: rudym@milnet-archservices.com The project site location: 910 Sugar Rd., Edinburg, Texas 78539 This Scope of Work and any accompanying drawings are intended as a guide to the Contractor in identifying the work to be accomplished in completing this project. This Scope of Work may not be all inclusive and the Contractor shall be responsible for providing all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, direction, and coordination necessary to perform and totally complete the work in conformance with the drawings and specifications. If an "or equal" substitution is made for any of the recommended items shown in the specifications or drawings, the Contractor shall be responsible for providing all the necessary physical modifications to fully accommodate the substitution at no change in contract price. This project consists of the construction of one new three-story residential apartment building located at 910 Sugar Rd., Edinburg, Texas 78539 for the Edinburg Housing Authority
