Oak Street and Uptown Overpass Improvements Project

The project consists of two Interstate 49 overpass projects. The Uptown Overpass (Bid Schedule 1) consists of the extension of W. Northgate Road for approximately 1,700-ft. from approximately 250-ft. east of S. Pinnacle Hills Parkway to 240-ft. east of S. Rife Medical Lane. The project also consists of construction of a 250-ft. bridge over Interstate 49, roundabout, raised intersection, bike plaza, bus stop, street lighting, water and sewer line relocations, retaining walls, and storm drainage systems. The Oak Street Overpass (Bid Schedule 2) consists of the extension of W. Oak Street for approximately 3,100-ft from approximately 320-ft. east of S. Promenade Boulevard to approximately 300-ft. west of S. 52nd Street. The project also consists of construction of a 230-ft. bridge over Interstate 49, roundabouts, street lighting, water and sewer line relocations, retaining walls, and storm drainage systems.
