RFP D/B - Design-Build Services for Artificial Turf Installation at Louie Pompei Memorial Sports Park

The City of Glendora is seeking a vendor to provide artificial turf replacement design/build services at the Louie Pompei Memorial Sports Park, located at 1100 S. Valley Center, Glendora, CA 91741. The sports complex has a total of five multi-use fields, one of which, is a soccer field that was installed with artificial turf in 2016. The four remaining fields (#1,2,4 and 5), consist of natural turf and will require landscape removal and turf installation. The City estimates up to approximately 263,000 square feet of surface will need to be covered. Proposer must provide field turf installation services with the demonstrated ability to accommodate the design and build requirements as outlined in this RFP. The City of Glendora is seeking vendors who will submit proposals that include design plans, improvement costs and ability to provide the turf options, infill options, ability to include customized logo inserts or inlays, and information regarding tested rating data.
