Coleman Park Lighting Improvements

Construct the Coleman Park Lighting Improvements located at 200 E. Blue Springs Avenue, Orange City, directly across the street from Mill Lake Park. The proposed project will provided lighting and electrical upgrades to the Coleman Park playground, picnic pavilions and the City's new "Collin's Dream" skatepark. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision and incidentals necessary to furnish and construct the Coleman Park Lighting Improvements. The project shall include, but is not limited to the installation of 4 LED area lights and a trash receptacle with rain bonnet mounted on a prefab concrete slab within the skatepark area. The pavilion and playground areas of Coleman Park will receive 4 LED area lights, 1 park bench, and 3 trash receptacles with rain bonnets (1 receptacle will need to be mounted on a pre-fab concrete slab). Both existing pavilions will be retrofitted with electrical outlets, wire, conduits and circuit breakers. The larger pavilion will receive 3 standard 6’ picnic tables, 1 ADA 8' picnic table. An electric service meter will be installed within the electrical gated area located at the NE corner of the skatepark.
