SP Lodge Improvements - Mohican and Salt Fork FY 21/22

The State Park Lodges included in this series of work scopes are: 1. Mohican Lodge & Conference Center, Perrysville, Ohio / Ashland County 2. Salt Fork Lodge & Conference Center, Cambridge, Ohio / Guernsey County The Mohican Lodge & Conference Center was built in 1972 and is located on Pleasant Hill Lake below the scenic Mohican-Clearfork River. The scope of work at Mohican includes Electrical upgrades (lighting, power systems, telecommunications, information technology, CCTV, access control) and windows and frames. Emergency generator, HVAC & MEP system upgrades, elevator repairs, electrical upgrades, interior renovations, building envelope & site work. The Salt Fork State Park Lodge & Conference Center was opened for business in 1972 and is tucked away in Ohio’s largest state park, alongside Salt Fork Lake and surrounded by lush woods and natural beauty. The scope of work at Salt Fork includes guest room balconies, ADA compliant elevator at pool, electrical upgrades (lighting, power systems, telecommunications, CCTV, access control) and windows and frames. Emergency generator and HVAC system upgrades. HVAC upgrades, elevator repairs, electrical upgrades, interior renovations, site work.
