Concrete / Masonry Services, Covid 19 Memorial at Lake Roland Park

It is the intention of these specifications that the vendor hereunder shall furnish and Baltimore County shall purchase concrete/masonry services work to construct a COVID 19 Memorial at Lake Roland Park. 1.2 The project consists of the construction of a memorial mound and supporting elements on the grounds of Lake Roland Park located at 1000 Lakeside Drive, Baltimore County, Maryland 21210. Construction consists of concrete walkway, earthen memorial mound with plantings, concrete gathering circle, prayer millstone, and a concrete memorial wall finished with granite facing as further detailed in the Specifications Section 1 of the solicitation. 1.3 The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, permits and all other supplies and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to install the masonry/ concrete portion of the COVID Memorial in accordance with the drawings and additional information provided by Clark | Azar and Associates. 1.4 The responding Contractor will need to coordinate their work with a landscape/ earthwork contractor and the artist. Artist supplied items include the granite façade and millstone.
