Description

1. The Contractor shall furnish (1) self-contained compactor and (1) recycle dumpster. 2. Provide all labor, equipment and material necessary to properly perform the rubbish removal service as specified in the proposal schedule. 3. All containers furnished shall be cleaned inside and outside and disinfected periodically to the satisfaction of the College. 4. All pickups shall be made on the dates and times directed by the College. The self-contained compactor shall be emptied twice a month while school is in session and once a month during semester breaks in summer and winter. The recycle container shall be emptied once a month unless the Contractor is called by the College to empty it before 5. Recycling container shall be clearly marked/identified as “RECYCLING ONLY” 6. Contractor shall not sub-contract any portion of this contract without the written preapproval of the College. 7. Upon completion of the Contract, Contractor shall remove the containers to co-inside with the expiration date. The College will not be responsible for use of or damage to containers which remain on site after the contract expiration date.
