Project Description: The project site is located on Porto Vista Parkway & Navarra Parkway. As of January 20, 2023, an award has not yet been obtained on this project. Construction has not yet commenced and a timeline has not yet been confirmed. The Cape Coral Apartments is a multi-family residential project that includes the new construction of (240) Units within five (5) 4-story residential buildings. The project features one (1) Clubhouse, pool/amenity areas, and ancillary buildings including ten (10) detached garages, one (1) detached maintenance garage, and one (1) mail pavilion. The scope of work includes all the site improvements, site lighting, paving, drainage, underground utilities, landscaping, and infrastructure required for the complete turn-key construction of the project. This bid package includes the Permit Set 95% CD (drawings and specifications); note that there are eight (8) building types, each with its own set of drawings.
