Gate Replacement

The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified companies to provide all necessary labor, equipment and expertise to replace a damaged parking lot gate at the Oakland County Sheriff Office (OCSO) Substation Rochester Hills, 750 Barclay Circle, Rochester Hills, MI 48307 in accordance with the provided specifications. It shall be the vendor's responsibility to make inquiry as to changes or addenda issued. All such changes or addenda shall become a part of the contract and all vendors shall be bound by such changes or addenda. Addendums will be posted on the system. As this Solicitation for Quotations is being made available by electronic means, the vendor accepts full responsibility to ensure that no changes are made to the Solicitation for Quotation documents. In the event of conflict between a version of the Solicitation for Quotations submitted by vendor, the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division shall govern. The submission of a quotation hereunder shall be considered evidence that the vendor is satisfied with respect to the conditions to be encountered, and the character, quantity and quality of the work to be performed. All quoted prices shall remain in effect for at least ninety (90) days from the date of the quotation opening, whichever comes first.
