Plans call for the construction of a new 3-story self storage facility with an office, men & women's restroom and exterior trash enclosure along with new drive aprons, asphalt parking and driveway. This project consists of site development and new construction of a steel framed building for a 74,721 SF Self Storage Facility. The project is anticipated to begin early to mid-June, please bid accordingly. This project is to be bid incorporating ALL of City of Austin's requirements as would be typical for your trade and scope of work; include costs for ALL requirements. If your scope of work is valued over $50,000.00 please include an alternate price to provide a performance and payment bond for the entire value of your scope of work.
