Description

Asphalt replacement, and restriping at the DPS Denton Area Office. Services to Include: 1. Milling and removing existing asphalt to base. 2. Excavate any / all Pot Holes, fill and compact each to the level of the base. 3. Level base prior to installing new asphalt. 4. Install 2” of new asphalt per Specifications. 5. Restripe parking lot, per specifications. 6. Ensure all H/C parking spaces comply with all ADA and TAS 2012 requirements. Parking Lot is approximately 35,555 SF. Contractor to Field Verify and submit to DPS for review.
