Description

This project involves improvements to the first floor of the Manville Municipal Building required due to flood damage incurred during Tropical Storm Ida September 1, 2021. Demolition services were performed by a third party contractor immediately after the flooding event to address any health issues related to mold. The scope of work includes resetting electrical outlets, installation of plumbing fixtures and related equipment within the restrooms, drywall, flooring, trim, and paint.
