Installation of Signage for the Courthouse The Board of Commissioners of Ashtabula County, Ohio is issuing this Request for Proposals to obtain a plan to include installation of signage fort he Courthouse Complex and other County buildings identified further in the RFP. The Ashtabula County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive any and all informalities and the right to reject any and all proposals. The Board has the sole discretion to determine the proposal that is most advantageous to the County. Written questions regarding any technical issues in this RFP shall be received by Monday, April 17, 2023 by 4:00 p.m and addressed to: Katelin Lamson, Senior Project Manager at kmlamson@ashtabulacounty.us.
