Ulster County is soliciting sealed bids for construction of a light emitting diode ("LED") lighting retrofit at the Ulster County Office Complex, located at 1 Development Court, Kingston, NY 12401. Work includes the removal and replacement of approximately 1065 light fixtures and 433 light switches. The work also includes the installation of associated occupancy sensors and other controls.
