Clover Hill Area Schools Pedestrian Improvements

Scope of Work: involves the construction of sidewalk, shared-use path and trail improvements in the Clover Hill Area Schools and Brandermill neighborhood areas. Work includes approximately 2,000 LF of concrete sidewalk along Old Hundred Road, 680 LF of asphalt shared-use path along Brandermill Parkway, and 420 LF of concrete trail along the Swift Creek Middle School parking lot. The work will include clearing, grading, asphalt paving, concrete construction, drainage structures, erosion & sediment control, signage, pavement markings and other items necessary for the completion of the work.
