Description

Patio scope includes removal of existing bluestone pavement and replacement with concrete unit pavers. Work to also include tree protection and drainage. Existing fountain to be removed and replaced with a new cast in place concrete basin. Fountain to include prefabricated mechanical equipment in an underground vault as well as new electrical and plumber supplies.
