| Description | CONTRACT A - SPOT LINING This project is for all work related to installation of CIPP Spot Lining sewer repairs including, but not limited to: pre and full NASSCO post repair CCTV inspections, heavy cleaning, reinstatement of active service laterals, cutting of protruding taps, bypass pumping, traffic control and resident notification. Participant Municipalities: Borough of Emsworth, Borough of Heidelberg, Borough of Ingram, and the Borough of Mt.
