Description

The scope of work for the Terminal Access Road Reconstruction and Drainage Improvements Project consists of the reconstruction of Laughlin View Drive, also known as the Terminal Access Road, between Bullhead Parkway and Airpark Drive, including the passenger drop- off / pick -up area in front of the Airport Terminal Building . Proposed drainage improvements include modifications to the existing roadside ditch along Laughlin View Drive and construction of new concrete scuppers, grouted riprap, gabion baskets, and a detention basin. Other project features include new concrete curbs, sidewalk ramps, speed humps, raised pedestrian crosswalk s, utility adjustments, roadway signage, pavement markings, and roadway lighting.
