Description

Residential building contractors on behalf of four (4) homeowners in Pike County, MS This project is funded by the Mississippi Home Corporation through a HOME Investment Partnership Grant. All bidders are required to submit a Residential Builders License , proof of insurance, and a completed Contractors certification form prior to bidding. The certification form is available from the Grant Administrator (Lynette Smith 601-446-6044 or lwest@swmpdd.com). The bid should include (1) replacement manufactured home, two (2) reconstructions of stick homes, and the rehabilitation of one (1) stick home all located in Pike County, Mississippi. All units must be constructed according to Mississippi Home Corporations HOME regulations and all local building codes. Construction of homes must be completed within 120 working days. Contract will be on a fixed price basis and will be awarded to the lowest and the best bidder. Bidders must comply with Section 3, of the HUD ACT of 1968. Pike County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
