| Description | Contractor exclusive use of the secure child care wing of the Fairchild Community Center. The City will retain responsibility for utilities to include: • Internet • Electricity • Water/sewer The City will remain responsible for building maintenance to include: • HVAC • Electrical • Structural • Plumbing • Grounds The contractor will have shared access to parking and the recreational amenities located at Fairchild Park. The playground adjacent to the child care wing is for the exclusive use of the child care facility during operational hours but is available to the public during non-operational hours.
