Parking Lot and Grounds Improvement

The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, transportation, apparatus and tools necessary for the entire proper completion of this Work: and shall install, maintain and remove all equipment for the proper execution of the Contract, and shall be responsible for the safe, proper and lawful performance of their equipment, maintenance use of the same, and shall perform in the best manner, and everything properly incidental thereto, as stated in the Contract Documents or reasonably implied therein. This project involves pavement removals and re-paving of parking areas throughout the Saint Paul College Campus. Paving replacements include both asphalt and concrete paving. The project also includes storm sewer improvements, construction of a bioinfiltration basin, and miscellaneous curb and sidewalk replacements and reconstruction of a retaining wall.
