The City of Suwanee and the Suwanee Downtown Development Authority (DDA) are soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and competitive sealed Request for Bids (RFB) from qualified firm(s) for Restaurant Shell Buildout of Historic Pierces Corner A 5% bid bond is required as part of the bid submittal.
