Demolition of Abandoned Building

The Work comprises of The Work comprises the demolition of the existing structure at 13 Ontario Street, Simpson, and all appurtenances for a complete job and in accordance with these Contract Documents. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, negotiable U. S. Government Bonds (at par value) or approved Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent of the total Bid Price, payable to Fell Township, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly obtain the required Bonds and Insurance, prepare the required submittal documents and execute the Agreement. All Bids shall remain irrevocable for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of Bid opening. The successful Bidder will be required to post a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of the Bid price. Bids shall be submitted upon forms furnished by Fell Township. All communications and questions relative to this Work shall be directed to the engineer through email to ewelles@petersconsultants no less than 5 calendar days prior to opening of Bids Question Deadline 11/03/2023
