| Description | Work on these projects includes removing and disposing of flowlines, concrete, anchors, tanks, tank battery pads, and debris, applying amendments, excavating hydrocarbons, closing pits, constructing a pond, waterway, and diversion terrace, applying erosion control and rip-rap, grading, sodding, and planting. The estimated cost is over $50,000. If the bid exceeds $50,000.00, a cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed bid of each bidder. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded.
