Description DCAMM Certification Required. Heating: Removal of all existing Air Handling Units (AHU's), associated Condensing Units (CU's), associated system electrical connections for equipment to be removed and automatic controls. Mechanical contractor shall be responsible for removal of duct connections, existing damper assemblies, local valves serving air handling heating coils, DX coil assemblies, outdoor ground mounted and roof mounted condensing unit supports and system piping in their entirety to facilitate new unit replacement. Contractor shall be responsible for all required system demolition and cutting as required for existing system removal. Contractor shall be responsible for all pipe removal and demo to access buried refrigerant pipe assemblies that are to be removed.
