Description | Please submit any questions related to this bid on Planet Bids portal no later than 12:00PM on Tuesday, December 12, 2023. The project includes, but is not limited to, renovation and accessibility upgrades of the Clark Building, including reconstruction of the kitchen with new appliances, new restrooms, new HVAC system, new electrical system including upgrade of the electrical panel. Architectural work includes some demolition, installation of furred-out walls, installation of ceiling acoustic panels, installation of low voltage audio and video system, including a projector and screen, installation of new flooring, interior and exterior painting, new plumbing, sewer lateral and grease trap system. Removal of existing concrete walkways and ramps and construction of concrete flatwork and ADA ramps, installation of new irrigation system and landscaping; and all other required work per the projects plans and specifications. The license requirement is a valid State of California Contractors License Class B. The successful Bidder will also be required to pay the State of California prevailing wage scale as determined by the Department of Industrial Relations Project Duration 120 days This project is scheduled to have a time frame of one hundred and twenty (120) working days to be completed, Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM.
