The project includes, but is not limited to, renovation and accessibility upgrades of the Clark Building, including reconstruction of the kitchen with new appliances, new restrooms, new HVAC system, new electrical system including upgrade of the electrical panel. Architectural work includes some demolition, installation of furred-out walls, installation of ceiling acoustic panels, installation of low voltage audio and video system, including a projector and screen, installation of new flooring, interior and exterior painting, new plumbing, sewer lateral and grease trap system. Removal of existing concrete walkways and ramps and construction of concrete flatwork and ADA ramps, installation of new irrigation system and landscaping; and all other required work per the projects plans and specifications.
