Safe Route to School Project JH Hines Elementary School

Pedestrian sidewalk construction will be from Chestnut Street to Elm Avenue along the west side of Clifton, from Payne Street to Elm Avenue along the east side of Garrison Street, and from Elm Avenue to Taylor Street along the east side of Forrest Street. Sidewalk and lighting are proposed along both sides of Elm Avenue from Forrest/Garrison to Clifton Street. Minor sidewalk connections are also proposed at Renick Street, Taylor Street, and to the YMCA on the west side of Garrison Street.
