| Description | The project includes removal of approximately 35,540 Square Foot PVC roof membrane mechanically attached on the original 2001 building including metal coping, downspouts and scuppers. Existing roof insulation is to remain (replace wet insulation as indicated on plan and within infrared report) on main roofs. Insulation to be removed at entrance canopy down to metal deck. New insulation and cover board to be installed onto existing insulation and new 90 mil EPDM roof with a 30-year warranty including all metal coping and edge metal work. |
