Neighbors Point Park Project

The contract provides for additional improvements at the existing Neighbors Point Park. The Project is being Bid with Base Bid and Bid Alternate items and not all alternate items may be installed with this contract. The Base Bid items include continuing the existing trail system to meander throughout the park, installing new irrigation, landscape, irrigated turf and native seeded areas, placing additional picnic table shelters, a porto-let enclosure for restrooms and providing a parking lot and access road into the park. The Bid Alternate items include adding exercise equipment stations along the trail system, a putting green area, benches along the trail, a mountain interpretive sign and a plumbed restroom.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
