Tree Maintenance Services

Statement of Work The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration - Continental & Midwest District intends to award a contract for tree maintenance and planting services, including: tree pruning (primarily crown cleaning, but other pruning as well, including restoration (repair of damaged trees), crown raising, and training of young trees) tree and/or stump removal storm damage cleanup and repair or removal as needed of damaged trees removal and off-site disposal of waste and debris resulting from tree work structural support installation (cabling and/or bracing) planting of new trees (balled-and-burlapped or containerized) Services would be provided at (63) National Cemeteries in the Continental & Midwest District. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, professional advice/guidance, labor, parts, materials, equipment, and personnel, to provide these services. All work to be done according to Tree Care Industry Association and International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) standards and guidelines, and all pruning, support installations, and planting shall be supervised by an ISA certified arbor
