The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to the labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to expand the existing parking lot, provide new utility connections, new premanufactured restroom, lighting, a dog park, and other site furnishings. Services shall be provided as indicated to include site construction, general construction, and electrical work for parking lot expansion, site lighting, prefabricated restroom, dog park fencing, dog and human drinking fountain, benches, trash receptacles, concrete paving, signage, water and sewer extension and two shade canopies. Alternate construction includes a pair of shade canopies at picnic nodes, a shade canopy at the exercise node, and a pair of shade canopies at the dog park.
